Stephen Marley wins Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album
“The Caribbean was in full force at the Grammys’ main ceremony […] from Barbados’ Rihanna to Trinidad’s Nicki Minaj.” It highlights Stephen Marley’s win and the stiff competition he faced, including his own brother, Ziggy Marley:
Stephen Marley took home the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album on Sunday for his album, “Revelation Pt. 1: The Root of Life.” The artist, who is the son of reggae legend Bob Marley, was facing off against tough competition, including Israel Vibration’s “Reggae Knights,” Shaggy’s “Summer in Kingston” and Monty Alexander’s “Harlem Kingston Express Live.”
Of course, he was also competing against his brother, Ziggy Marley, who was nominated for his album “Wild and Free.”](http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lzdln8D4qQ1r9bbqfo1_r1_400.jpg)
